About Katie
As Founder and CEO, Katie Graham is an accomplished Healthcare Consultant with over 20 years of experience of proven performance in the healthcare industry. With a career marked by consistent advancements in consulting and executive roles, she has earned a reputation for her deep expertise, leadership abilities, and strategic approach to solving complex operational challenges in healthcare organizations.
Most recently, Katie served as the Director of Billing and Compliance for a large, multi-state physician practice. In this role, she oversaw the revenue cycle management activities for over 70 providers across 40 locations and four states, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational improvements. She also served as their Chief Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer, ensuring system-wide compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Before that, Katie spent close to a decade as the Director of Healthcare Compliance for a leading regional public accounting and consulting firm, where she led initiatives that ensured healthcare organizations met regulatory and compliance requirements. Her work in this area continues to be recognized for its impact on healthcare organizations’ ability to meet evolving regulatory demands.
In recognition of her contributions to the field, Katie was named a Knoxville Business Journal “40 Under 40” honoree in 2017 and was selected as one of fifty individuals nationwide to attend the FBI Corporate Compliance Officer Outreach Event in Washington, DC, in 2018. Additionally, Katie holds a Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) credential through the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), demonstrating her expertise in healthcare compliance and regulatory matters.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Tennessee. She is passionate about driving growth and improving efficiencies in healthcare organizations through innovation and effective leadership. Outside of her professional life, Katie enjoys cooking, reading, kayaking, and spending time with her husband and two children in Knoxville.

Pam McCarthy serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle with over 20 years of professional experience optimizing financial performance across a range of healthcare environments, from multi-state enterprises to independent provider offices. She is recognized for her expertise in streamlining workflows, maximizing revenue, and implementing end-to-end revenue cycle solutions that drive both efficiency and compliance.
With a deep understanding of payer processes and a broad knowledge of medical specialties, Pamela has consistently delivered measurable results in key areas such as patient access, coding, billing, and collections. Her strategic vision and hands-on leadership have enabled organizations to improve reimbursement rates, reduce denials, and navigate regulatory complexities with confidence.
Pamela is also a proven change agent, having led numerous successful practice launches and system implementations. Her leadership style fosters collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, empowering high-performing teams to thrive in dynamic healthcare environments.
