Katie Graham, Founder and CEO of Complete Physician Solutions, is a healthcare consultant with over 20 years of experience in revenue cycle management, compliance, and operations. She has built a strong reputation for helping healthcare organizations improve efficiency, increase revenue, and navigate complex regulatory environments.
Most recently, Katie served as Director of Billing and Compliance for a large, multi-state physician group, where she managed revenue cycle operations for 70+ providers across 40 locations. She also held roles as Chief Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer, ensuring organization-wide regulatory compliance.
Previously, she spent nearly a decade as Director of Healthcare Compliance for a regional accounting and consulting firm, helping healthcare organizations meet evolving compliance requirements.
Katie has been recognized as a Knoxville Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree and was selected to attend the FBI Corporate Compliance Officer Outreach Event. She holds a Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) credential and a degree from the University of Tennessee.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys cooking, reading, kayaking, and spending time with her family in Knoxville.
Pam McCarthy, Director of Revenue Cycle at Complete Physician Solutions, brings over 20 years of experience improving financial performance across healthcare organizations of all sizes. She specializes in streamlining workflows, maximizing revenue, and implementing end-to-end revenue cycle solutions.
Pam has deep expertise in payer processes and multiple medical specialties, consistently delivering results in patient access, coding, billing, and collections. Her work helps practices improve reimbursement rates, reduce denials, and maintain compliance.
She is also an experienced leader in practice launches and system implementations, known for building high-performing teams and driving operational improvements.
Pam combines data-driven strategy with a patient-centered approach to help healthcare organizations achieve long-term financial stability and efficiency.
